  1. Lawsky posturing as though he or any governing body has absolutely any say in the evolution of bitcoin is laughable. I must say he is well cast though with his false politically empathetic nice guy front. But either way…

    SHUT UP AND GET OUT OF THE WAY!

    Watching the hearings the other week, I was largely disappointed at the bitcoin panelists' submissive –  "be nice to incompetent, ignorant, innovation stifling fools who are pretending to try to understand it all" tone. It is foolishly naive to entertain the thought that FINCEN or similar are interested in seeing bitcoin flourish.  Why even bother offering them lip service?

    Forget about appeasing the known enemy. Widespread merchant adoption is taking hold already and the sooner we establish decentralised exchanges the better.
