This is a very quick and short video showing the main components of how I keep my miners cool. ***Spoiler Alert*** Air conditioning is a huge waste of money and in most cases a losing battle. You have hot air blowing out the back of your miners, so unless you have an air conditioner that can blow more cold air than your miners hot air which I doubt most of us do, you are just wasting your effort. Even if you do why would you waste that power on cooling when you can use it on more mining equipment . There is a way more efficient ways to cool your mining space and my video is just one example and depending on your situation there are probably dozens of different ways to set it up. In my video I forgot to mention the swamp cooler settings. So on high cool is 7 amps, low cool is 5 amps high vent (blower only) 4 amps and low vent is 2.5 amps. An Air conditioner couldn’t touch those numbers.

  1. Hello, your vídeos are helping me a lot, thank you.I need to know …. you use a Cisco equipment, is it a router or bridge ? what is the model ? how do i conect all miners ?The internet connection, what is the best ? more download or more upload speed  ?

  2. Which state do you live in? A high of 93 degrees in November makes me assume you're in a warmer climate. Does your warehouse have AC? I'm assuming that "swamp cooler" in the ceiling is the equivalent of having an AC in your warehouse? Seems like if you lived in a warmer part of the US you'd want the AC running 24/7 lol.

  3. So what is the average temp of your miners while running? I have to do something to reduce the heat in my garage. Mine are running in the high 50's low 60's. Bitmain's site says the Operating Temperature: 0 °C to 40 °C. I have been thinking of just leaving the garage door open a crack but I am thinking the neighbors might get sick of the noise from the fans.

  4. Agreed, extract as much hot air as possible first, that is 9 tenths of the battle done.
Then supplement with air con only if its affordable.
This I learned at great pain too.
    Great videos and Great farm.
    Thanks.

  5. Hi there. I have a question as I'm looking for a warehouse. What zoning is your property set to. I found a good space in an industrial zone. Wondering if that is fine or could be an issue. I know it depends on the city and all but just wondering
